1992年7月-1994年12月，任河北省外贸国际货运公司专职法律顾问；
1996年1月-2000年12月，在中国国际商会河北商会法律顾问处从事律师业务；
2001年1月－2006年12月，在世纪方舟律师事务所任合伙人、律师；
2007年1月起，在安理律师事务所任律师。
曾分别于1998年、2006年在美国BURNS & LEVINSON律师事务所、REED SMITH律师事务所访问工作
在从事法律执业期间，主要处理国际货物买卖、国际运输、国际结算、外商投资、公司、金融等领域的法律事务，擅长涉外诉讼和仲裁。 1997年以来，受企业委托，曾先后赴德国、意大利、捷克、美国、香港等地处理投资或贸易争议。
